What is Sova's CEU About?
Titled “Understanding and Implementing Universal Changing Tables in Architectural Design,” the CEU delves into the evolution of accessible restrooms and highlights the growing importance of height-adjustable universal (or adult) changing tables. It educates architects on the need for inclusive restroom design to serve individuals of all abilities in public spaces and provides one learning unit in Health, Safety, and Welfare.
As of January 2026, our CEU has been freshly updated with refreshed data and LEED information, ensuring the content reflects current codes, industry trends, and best practices. This update helps design professionals stay informed as accessibility requirements continue to evolve—while earning valuable continuing education credits along the way.

- Learn about the various forms and functions of adult changing tables and how their design impacts the built environment and those utilizing these spaces.
- Better discern the changing codes and standards for integrating adult changing tables into accessible public washroom design, along with recent requirements for addition to new buildings.
