What is SOVA? How is it different from Foundations?

SOVA is our new brand focused solely on public washroom products. Unlike
Foundations, which centers on juvenile care, SOVA reflects the broader range of
users these products now serve.

Are the public washroom products changing?

The products remain the same and new products are being engineered, but they will eventually feature unique branding (and new SKUs) under SOVA. We will also change the names of currently existing models to better match Sova’s elevated brand voice.

What happens to my current Foundations-branded inventory?

You can continue selling it. Over time, products will transition to SOVA packaging
and branding, and we will advise you well in advance of a more precise launch
date.

Will Sova provide new sales and marketing materials?

Yes.
Updated images and digital assets will be available to support you well in
advance of any changes.



When will the Sova-branded products become available?

Sova branded products will be rolled out over the next few months. We aim to have the full Sova-branded product line out by March 2026.

Do I need to update my SKU numbers or listings?

Once Sova-branded products are in stock, SKUs will be communicated well in advance once they are ready.

Will the Foundations products I have in stock still be supported?

Absolutely. All Foundations products will continue to receive full customer service, warranty support, and replacement parts.

Will product specifications or certifications change?

Product performance, safety certifications, ADA compliance, and materials remain consistent. If any updates occur during the rollout, your sales representative will notify you with detailed documentation.

Who should I contact with questions during the transition?

Your current sales representative remains your primary point of contact. No roles or support channels are changing.
