We want you to be delighted with your purchase. That is why we offer a generous 365-Day Return Policy for all online orders.
As long as your item is new, unused (unassembled), and in the factory sealed packaging with all tags and materials, you can return your purchase using your carrier of choice for a full refund within365 days of the purchase date -- simply contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession.
Used and assembled items cannot be returned.
Upon receipt of return, we will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by our return policy. Once this isverifiedwe will issue a refund for the full purchase price via the form of payment used in the original transaction. This process can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your return. All returns received that do not abide by our return policy will be held until the customer sends us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise.

The Sova Company™ warrants that our Changing Stations will provide 5 years of reliable use when the product is assembled, maintained, and used in accordance with our instructions. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Changing Station. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The Sova Company does not warrant any product that has been used for purposes other than its intended use, altered, misused, abused, or not properly maintained. The Sova Company does not warrant against scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage caused by normal use or wear and tear. If the product has been damaged, altered, or is missing parts, immediately stop using the product and contact The Sova Company to determine if the product is safe for use. If the product is not safe for use, please destroy or discard the product so that it may not be used again.
If the product is defective in any way, please contact us at 234-400-0707. When you call, have available the model number, the date of manufacture as found on the changing station, and the date of purchase. If you are having trouble finding the model label on your product, the customer service representative will be able to guide you. Contact The Sova Company ONLY with any and all warranty claims, and DO NOT contact the retailer, dealer, or distributor where the product was purchased. If the product is defective, The Sova Company, in its discretion, may replace, repair, or give full or partial credit towards new merchandise. The Sova Company may require the defective product to be returned prior to its replacement, or a credit given.
Only if The Sova Company determines that the product is defective, will we refund the cost of shipping the product back. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary state to state. The limited warranties described above are the only warranties offered in connection with these products.
