Foundations Quality Children’s Products wants you to be delighted with your purchase. That is why we offer for all online orders a 365 Day Return Policy!
As long as your item is new, unused, (unassembled) and in the factory sealed packaging with all tags and materials, you can return your purchase using your carrier of choice for a full refund within 365 days of the purchase date! Simply contact our customer service center to receive a return authorization number. We suggest using a carrier that provides tracking and delivery confirmation as we are not liable for returned packages until they are verified to be in our possession.
Used and assembled items can not be returned
Upon receipt of return, we will inspect your return to ensure that it abides by our return policy. Once this is verified we will issue a refund for the full purchase price via the form of payment used in the original transaction. This process can take up to 4 weeks after we receive your return. All returns received that do not abide by our return policy will be held until the customer sends us a prepaid label to return the merchandise to them. This typically applies to used merchandise.

The Sova Company™ warrants that our Changing Stations will provide 5 years of reliable use when the product is assembled, maintained, and used in accordance with our instructions. Warranty coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer the Changing Station. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
The Sova Company does not warrant any product that has been used for purposes other than its intended use, altered, misused, abused, or not properly maintained. The Sova Company does not warrant against scratches, dents, or other cosmetic damage caused by normal use or wear and tear. If the product has been damaged, altered, or is missing parts, immediately stop using the product and contact The Sova Company to determine if the product is safe for use. If the product is not safe for use, please destroy or discard the product so that it may not be used again.
If the product is defective in any way, please contact us at 234-400-0707. When you call, have available the model number, the date of manufacture as found on the changing station, and the date of purchase. If you are having trouble finding the model label on your product, the customer service representative will be able to guide you. Contact The Sova Company ONLY with any and all warranty claims, and DO NOT contact the retailer, dealer, or distributor where the product was purchased. If the product is defective, The Sova Company, in its discretion, may replace, repair, or give full or partial credit towards new merchandise. The Sova Company may require the defective product to be returned prior to its replacement, or a credit given.
Only if The Sova Company determines that the product is defective, will we refund the cost of shipping the product back. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary state to state. How do I install this liner dispenser?
- First, mark and cut the wall mounting recess. (8-3/16" W x 16-3/16" H x 4-3/16" D). Recommended bottom height: 40–45". Be careful not to cut electrical/plumbing and ensure the flange mounts flush against the wall.
- Single wood stud blocking is necessary. Please contact an architect or structural engineer to ensure the wall can support this unit and comply with building codes.
- Place open unit into the mounting location, mark all 4 mounting holes. Shim as required for tight fit on all 4 sides.
- Remove unit from mounting location and drill appropriate pilot holes for mounting hardware.
- Place unit back into the mounting location and install hardware.
- Load liners, close, and lock. Keep keys for future access.
